Description

This is Lucy from the best anime EVAR. (Elfen Lied ^_^) It isn't a perfect show, but its amazing good qualities far outweigh its occasional shortcoming. I haven't seen every episode myself (something I will fix soon), but I still recommend everyone to check it out.

Anyway, I drew this with a pencil and colored it with prisma colors.
